Waste Management will enforce 32-gallon trash cans as of April 1
Full Description:
Waste Management contacted the City following an injury of one of its workers lifting a 50-gallon can of trash. Therefore, Waste Management will enforce the 32-gallon trash can requirement in single family, duplex, triplex, and those multi-family buildings with can service. Currently, Waste Management is tagging any containers larger than 32 gallons with an orange card informing them of the effective date.
After April 1st, Waste Management will not pick up residents' trash if it is not in the right size container.
