City develops new HelpDesk for customers

Whether you live, work or are just visiting Coral Springs, the City is here to help. If you have a request, need an issue resolved, or would like to voice a comment or complaint, visit the City Help Desk online. The request will automatically be routed to the appropriate City department for action and you will receive a response within two business days.

Our CityBlog evolved into the City HelpDesk as a major process improvement. Staff designed the City HelpDesk to make it easy and quick to comment, complain or make a request. The technology also permits City staff to guarantee a quicker response.

“We want to make it easy for our busy community to access City services or just weigh in on an issue.” Organizational Development Coordinator Chris Heflin said. “The system also permits us to create reports showing what is topical, which helps us set priorities.”

To access the CityHelpDesk, visit coralsprings.org and click on the link on the top right corner. The link will redirect you to a five-line form for you to complete.
